Losing weight is hard work. I should know. I lost 189lbs (86kg) and went from a size 30 down to a size 8. You don’t get to be that size without having tried every diet going. The problem is, diets often don’t work… well rarely in the long term anyway. This is because they rely on you using willpower and willpower is only ever effective for achieving short term goals. The key is to change your relationship with food from the inside out. To change habits. To remove the typical diet mentality revolving around guilt and to start believing in yourself and the innate ability everyone has, (but often ignores), to tell us when we’re hungry and what we should eat. You see, I don’t believe in restrictive food plans. Whilst they may work in the short term, to achieve long term results, we need to do things that are sustainable for life. Restriction just isn’t realistic because long term willpower isn’t realistic.

I believe in a really refreshing common sense approach to weight loss that uses 5 simple steps to transform habits and your relationship with food so anyone, regardless how difficult they’ve found diets in the past, can lose weight and keep it off. And because I’ve now done just that, and by comparison to diets found it so much easier and more freeing, I now want to ‘pass it forward’ and share it with others – to show people how they also can lose weight without conventional diets and keep it off whilst building a confidence and happiness they didn’t realise possible.

The truth is, I was always the one with zero will power; I was the one who seemed resigned to the fact I’d always be the ‘cuddly bubbly’ one; I was the one who started a million diets but fell off the wagon soon after. So if I, of all people, can find a way to do it without the typical willpower often thought needed, then I know others can too and I want to show YOU how. Together I will help you achieve your weight loss goals and with it a happiness you didn’t even know you were lacking. Together we can do it! 

All you have to do is spend 30 minutes or so a day for 5 days with me where you’ll join me for 5 Minute Motivation Sessions in the morning plus our main session in the afternoons where I take you through each of the 5 steps needed to lose weight. ...I'm at work and won't be around whilst you do the Facebook 'lives'.

No worries! All the ‘lives’ will be available on replay so you can watch at your own pace and at a time to suit you. All I would say is it would be really good if you can make the live on the final day for some special giveaways! 😉

...I don’t like the challenge after I get started?

Then just don’t do it! You are not obliged to do anything but it is completely FREE so you have nothing to lose…but weight!
